When I was first trained on the weekly reports that are sent to class counsel I was told I just gather the data and send it to the project lead. As the company restructured and we were placed on teams, I was never told I should notify the project lead if I notice changes in numbers.
During my annual review the only legitimate complaint was that there was an incorrect number on a weekly report I prepared for class counsel, I had forgotten to take out some test numbers prior to sending the report to get QC’d. Lara Jarjoura QC’d my work before it was sent to counsel.
During my annual review she had the audacity to tell me that the number had increased so drastically that it was significant to the point I should have noticed the change and pointed it out.
If my performance failed to meet expectations for this mistake, I would imagine the performance of the person who QC’d the numbers, failed to notice the large discrepancy, then submitted it to counsel probably isn’t meeting expectations either.
Lara was one of the VPs I turned to as I was getting retaliated against, her advice was for me to stay positive. To that extent, I’ll return the advice, just stay positive.

The Forum is encouraged by the increase in the number of companies with 25% or more females on the Boards and hope to have another record number of Champion companies next year, i.e. companies with 30% or more female board members.
