It's Day 3 of 5 of #ConstructionInclusionWeek! Each day, we'll be relating the day's theme to one of the five pillars of our internal guiding principles, outlined by the acronym: C.H.I.P.P. (Character, Humility, Integrity, Pride and Performance). Today, we're all about Commitment and Accountability, and the C.H.I.P.P. pillar we're sharing: Integrity! A favored definition by Smoot of the word Integrity: the state of being whole and undivided. When it comes to Supplier Diversity, nothing stands as more important than being whole and undivided. Every company plays a role in making space for diverse businesses in the construction industry, and Smoot is no exception.
