Busy week this week - engaging with many customers on the topic on everyone’s minds, AI/GenAI. Tons of excitement but equal measure in anxiety on the complexity and cost to build, deploy and manage associated risks - not to mention lack of in-house expertise to develop high performing models. Concerns as well with consumer behaviour shifting faster than they can adapt - with challenging macro factors driving very different behaviors across segments and personas. Critical that marketing efforts are equally as dynamic as well to maximise engagement and conversions. The immediate sale aside, better experiences means repeat visits too. I’m certainly in that category - if I have one frustrating experience you’re not likely to see me again - whatever the product!
