The upcoming challenge of AI is not what you think. It won’t be directly replacing jobs in the short term, however the collision between AI and copyright law brings to light a fundamental challenge. It's clear that our legal frameworks must undergo a transformation to keep up with the rapid pace of technological advancements. Not only in professional copyright text that the challenge arises, but also the AI's ability to freely utilize and reproduce an artist's work raises a significant concern for the creative industry. The potential consequence of devaluing original creations and disincentivizing artistic innovation is one that cannot be ignored. The challenge prompts us to rethink the pace of innovation of our legal systems as there are plenty of rooms for improvement in this area for safeguarding the rights and incentives of creators. I’m eager to hear your thoughts and ideas on this matter. #Innovation #AI #Copyright
