Been a busy start to the year here with plenty paid out deals out so far, few examples below to show the types of enquiries we come across; 1️⃣ - Mixture of Physiotherapy equipment into a well established clinic down in Oxford - £6000.00 +vat 2️⃣ - Furniture / Beds into the new extension on an established care home - £64,100.00 +vat ( staged payment factored in to match both suppliers payment terms ) 3️⃣ - Range Rover Evoque - £27,490.00 - This went to an existing CLS customer who uses the vehicle to deliver goods for the business. 4️⃣ - Audi A7 which was supplied to an existing CLS customer in the care sector. Enquiry through to pay-out in less than 24 hours and we could offer a better rate than this particular Audi dealer* 5️⃣ - Sublet agreement wrote for a coffee machine dealer over 24 months £5405.00 +vat. Reason for this type of agreement is the dealer wanted to keep ownership of the equipment over the term and they offered a full maintenance / ingredients package to the customer over the term. 6️⃣ - Laundry equipment into a young launderette to cope with demands due to securing new contract. Funding spread across two lenders with staged payments to the supplier - £24,000.00 +vat This is a small % of the enquiries we see and transact daily, nothing is to small or to quirky for us to look at. Fair Market Valuations can help in the event of a dispute. Example: The owner of this 1984 Olds Hurst/Olds bought this car with the understanding that it had only 4,000 miles put on the car since it was new. The seller presented this car as a low mileage, 100% original car that was in Excellent Condition or Concourse grade condition. However, after the buyer received the car, he started questioning the validity of the claims made by the seller and felt that things just did not add up. He enlisted the help of CFL Auto Appraise to help verify his thoughts and document the issues. We were able to provide him with a complete Certified Fair Market Auto Appraisal that confirmed his suspicions. We did in fact find that the car had been painted at some point and did in fact have Bondo in the rear 1/4 panels. We were also able to determine that the mileage was more than likely not correct by looking at the wear and tear of the vehicle, The claimed 4K mile car was not plausible after looking at different components and the amount of wear that was completely documented. In the end, the seller bought the car back from this buyer and hopefully learned a lesson. In a dispute over a vehicle you purchased.
