Another #servicenow #Knowledge2024 done! Just a few thoughts and thank you as I make my way back home.
I’m exhausted, excited, and inspired by hundreds of customers, partners, and colleagues discussing
#CSDM and #CMDB. Hearing both Dan Levy and Jon Batiste mention CMDB on the mainstage was sureal. The understanding of the importance of managing data, validates our efforts.
Our team met with hundrands of people in our CSDM and CMDB booths in the platform area on the show floor.
We discussed CSDM and CMDB with thousands across our CreatorCon, roundtable, breakouts, exec meeting, and keynote sessions.
It was refreshing to see our many colleagues from across the globe, some for the first time in the flesh. Breaking bread, shaking hands, and raising a cup together in person was energizing.
Thank you to our many enthusiastic customers who traveled early to meet our product team at our Product Advisory Council on Monday. The day we spent with you was beyond compare.
Thank you to the many ServiceNow colleagues standing behind the Data Foundations team mission to achieve excellence in managing our common data in the platform. The importance and benefits to our customers are clearly front and center.
Thank you to my IT4IT colleagues and the OpenGroup for offering a forum to ponder the future, create standards and guidance that cuts across many facets of technology management challenges. The diversity of background, companies, and ideas allows us to collaborate, and collectively create truly useful material. We validate new, crazy ideas like Digital Product, put these thoughts down on paper for the rest of the world to see and use.
And lastly, thank you to all customers and partners who made the investments to make the treck to Las Vegas to join us to provide feedback, learn more about what’s coming next, and share your incredible success stories. It was great to meet many of you for the first time, and catch up with others we havent seen in years.
