Last week, I attended ServiceNow's largest customer/partner event, Knowledge, or K24, which was one for the books. Being my first time attending, I knew I was in for quite a ride, but the level of innovation, information sharing, and relationship-building truly blew me away. The energy throughout the event was electric! We unveiled an exciting vision for the future, including new innovations and partnerships, as we continue raising the bar to drive customer results. For me, the highlight was meeting so many of our customers, partners, and colleagues in person. It's no surprise that GenAI is on everyone's mind. Our customers want to know how they can use it to transform their business—and fast. ServiceNow is the platform that can do it! Our team of trained experts can help them bring it to life. The future is here, right at our fingertips. From exciting announcements to inspiring keynotes, live demos, and even launching a new brand campaign with Idris Elba, this was definitely the most extensive and best Knowledge yet.
