Job description National Account Managers Needed. ICandy Event Staffing, an agency specializing in promotional and experiential events nationally, is seeking national account managers for in store alcohol sampling programs across the U.S. Requirement Required knowledge of alcohol laws and certification requirements for staff in various states, in addition to store tasting guidelines. Experience Managing Off Premise and On Premise Accounts. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience staffing and managing in-store tastings. Experience working remotely a plus. Must be tech savvy. Experience working in the field as a Brand Ambassador a plus, as training and recruiting staff is also required. Manager will review applications, and onboard new staff. Required participation in all client meetings, providing a weekly review of results and assuring all client requests are addressed. Create training materials when necessary for various brands. Capacity to handle a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Quick problem-solving skills are essential. Must assure all job listings are accurate. Must ensure all reporting is accurate and all staff have report access. Occasional report troubleshooting. Must be on call during live events during evenings and weekends, in various time zones, to assist staff with questions and concerns. Must ensure all staff's product has been ordered, or that staff has been provided with purchase funds. Experience coordinating occasional reschedules with stores managers and addressing any concerns on the store level. Must create various ways to increase sales and brand awareness for the success of all activations. Must ensure staff perform and reach desired goals. Business development in the form of client recruitment, improved workflow, and increased activation success.
