the #ChevronDeference thing from the Supreme Court is going to be a big deal for #brands A lot of "brand love" was consumers thinking, "this can't be so bad, they wouldn't let them sell it if it was that dangerous for you." Now that's not so much a thing. Advertising to the rescue? The economically valuable parts of advertising are mostly about signaling the adequacy and honesty of a product—will be interesting to see how brands change #signaling strategy now that the #rugpullEconomy has leveled up. Maybe it will be a trend to show an identical product being sold and used in a higher-regulation jurisdiction? (like baby formula brands from English-language countries sold in the PRC?)
