Upon reaching the three-year milestone at adidas, I successfully achieved my #3KADREAM and earned the iconic three stripes. These years have been filled with numerous opportunities and learning experiences, made possible through Adidas' unique culture and values.
During this time, I accomplished several milestones, including successful stair-stepping, Approaching the culmination of the MDE program, joining a new team with new challenges, learning the growth mindset, and establishing daily habits for continuous improvement. Additionally, I gained insights into emotional intelligence.
Now, let's delve into something crucial for our leadership growth—dealing with failure, celebrating success, and personal development. Reflecting on failure, I've gathered key lessons: taking responsibility for setbacks, valuing the context, optimizing tools, leveraging the team's knowledge, and adopting a proactive mindset to find solutions and move forward. The goal is to strive for progress, not repetition, turning failures into lasting success lessons.
In terms of personal development, I've improved by knowing myself, practicing self-management, engaging in real listening, receiving feedback, and observing role models within Adidas.
Reflecting on success involves thinking about past achievements, questioning what worked and why, identifying distinctive patterns, and seeking feedback.
