I wanted to extend my thanks to all the very talented folks who applied for my production and design roles. Making a choice between candidates is immensely difficult, and it's even harder to communicate the news to those who were not finally chosen. I received hundreds of applications (literally), and sometimes notifications may take longer than expected. While I'd love to write personal replies to each of you, it's not always practical. To those who weren't able to join PCF, don't give up! Some of you have been passed onto other teams as referrals, and others have been bookmarked for future opportunities. Rejection is a common part of the career journey, and my own experience receiving feedback has been often cryptic or my self-evaluation was "there's room for improvement". It happens to all of us.
