Twitter Chats (or "X Chats," I suppose, though that sounds like something else...) are becoming rarer and rarer.
But I still love mine.
As much as I enjoy interviewing guest experts on my Adweek Podcast, "Let's Talk About Brand," I also love hosting this thoughtful open discussion on each week's topic with anyone who feels like joining in.
Today's #ChatAboutBrand ⏤the first following my usual August hiatus, and then this September's transatlantic move⏤will take place while I am on an airplane from London to Boston.
I considered postponing it, or having someone else host in my stead. But I've missed it. So I'm paying for the wifi, and, assuming that it works, I will be there.

- Check out other people's answers, too. Converse with them. It's a big, open, moderated conversation on branding. And I daresay it is glorious.
Listening to the podcast first is great, but it's not required for the discussion⏤it's not a quiz on what the guest said. In fact, a lot of this week's conversation focuses on building a personal brand while employed, as Jack initially did (and as I'm speaking about at #MPB2B on Thursday), whereas the podcast is largely about how Jack grew from that place to eventual self-employment. I'm also often pleasantly surprised at how different interpretations of my questions take the discussion in different directions.
