🚀 This afternoon Kayleigh Woodings ran an Emotional Culture workshop with my wider team, Mike Marr and John Walters and their teams. Here's a some insights into emotional culture, individual growth, team cohesiveness: 🌱 Individual Growth: It was impressive to hear the team share how much they care about supporting their stakeholders. Like a lot of teams we talk all the time about "getting the job done" but today we were vulnerable, opened up and worked on how we want our stakeholders to feel, and how we don't want them to feel. Valuable stuff if we want to positively impact on organizational wellbeing. 🤝 Team Cohesiveness: Connections matter and we're all in when it comes to partnering with our stakeholders, understanding their unique perspectives, and delivering top-tier service with a professional touch.
