What's better, In-house Influencer Marketing or hiring an agency? Does it have to be either/or? For those who missed it, here's the roundtable Casey Benedict and I did earlier this week on: 🐶 In-house vs. Agency - pros and cons 🐯 My personal transition from anti-agency to agency embracing 🐷 Agency pricing models - do they have to be confusing? 🐺 Onboarding a new agency - what to look out for #influencermarketing
Thank you for sharing this!!
About to click play and looking forward to the watch - especially from an agency side, honestly so valuable to have such clear thoughts and feedback from brands 👏
Brilliant watch! Half way through 😀
It was great to be there, 🐷 Agency pricing can get weird, but I love the idea of a blend of retainer and performance bonus / incentives. I think it works well for long term creative partnerships.
I’d always say support one with the other! You know your customers best. But agencies are likely to know the landscape best and have more honed media-buying skills
