- [Instructor] If you find yourself having problems with a Windows Store application, there are several things that you might be able to do to fix the problem. So let's take a look at some of the options that are available. I'm going to begin by clicking on the start button. From there, I'll click on Settings. Next, I'll click on Apps, and then I'll click on Installed Apps. And this causes Windows to display a list of all the apps that are installed on this machine. And as you can see, there are quite a few. For the purposes of this video, I'm going to pretend that the Clip Champ video editor, is not working properly. Now, if you're not familiar with the Clip Champ video editor, it is indeed a video editor and it's provided by Microsoft for free.
