- [Instructor] The third and fourth WCAG principles are understandable and robust. Let's look at them separately. Understandable means that information and the operation of the user interface must be understandable. Well, that's not super descriptive, but if we look at the subsections, we see readable, predictable, and input assistance. That gives us a hint about what understandable really focuses on. We're going to hit two in this section. Let's first click on 3.2.4. Consistent identification. Components that have the same functionality within a set of webpages are identified consistently. We haven't discussed it yet, but a lot of these requirements overlap each other. This is a good example of that. The text and labels that you write should be consistent. Just like in website design where we might use a design system to maintain consistency, it is just as important to be consistent here.
