I have opened Tableau, but I don't have any workbooks open. I don't need it to access the help system. To get help in Tableau, go to the help menu and here you can open up the help system, get support, and other tasks that you see here. In this case, I will click Open Help to display the help system and that displays the Tableau Desktop and Web Authoring Help files. There are a number of ways that you can use this resource. So you can start by scrolling down and you see that we have getting started. So what's new in your current version, that's actually very useful. How to build a basic view.
