- [Instructor] The data collections that you summarize in Tableau can be quite large. if you want to add members to group but don't want to waste time scrolling through all the values in the dimension, you can use the group dialogue boxes find capabilities to identify the values you want to add. I'll show you how to do that in this movie. My sample file is 0703 Find and you can find it in the chapter seven folder of the exercise files collection. I have already created a group called sales region and you can see that here at the top and it appears as the second item in my text table North Central East and North Central West. My goal is to add to the group by looking for South Central East and South Central West. Now, of course, I don't have that many values in this data set but that's just so that I could teach you more easily what's going on so that you can visualize it.
