Excited to be here. - I just wanted to get your thoughts on how someone who wants to become a DevOps engineer or site reliability engineer can really stand out in their job search and career. - Yeah, great question. One of the things I focus one when speaking with engineers are what I call the three As. Their attitude, aptitude, awareness. As many of us in the DevOps world are aware, it's somewhat of a rollercoaster ride with a lots of conceptions and ideas related to what it means within an organization and a team. So if we focus on these three kind of characteristics, attitude. Look for positives in situations. People who are really just go-getters, wanting to attack problems and get people involved with that.
