Modify versioning for a library

Versioning is used when it's important to maintain a history of document changes, and it can also be used to enforce some specific kinds of business processes around document editing. Document versioning is on by default in SharePoint Online, and that means it's also on in One Drive for business, which I sometimes find useful. So whenever I create a new library, a major version is created each time a document is modified, including when it's uploaded. So I've included a demo document in your exercise files. If you want to go get it, you can upload that document. You can go to upload files and if you've uploaded other items when you were working along with me, you'll find Demo Document there in the folder. And there is our demo document.
