I have a need to allow users to view all the content on the site, but not download anything. And so the way I'm going to enforce that is I'm going to create a new security group in SharePoint Online that uses that level of permission which already exists, and that permission level is called view. Let me show you how we're going to create a new group for use on this site. I'm going to click the settings gear, and I'm going to start by going to Site Permissions. And note that we have the ability here to add new members to the group, to share the site with somebody, to see the groups that are site owners, site members, site visitors. That all works so far. We can change site sharing and I can see if I have guests that are going to expire. You may not be allowed to have guests or external users. You may not be allowed to have guests on your sites, and you may be allowed to have them, but you have to expire them after a particular length of time. That's really a best practice, although it…
