- [Instructor] Maintaining our personal address information in SAP is important, especially at large companies. It helps with the audit trail and it allows others in the organization to figure out how to contact you. Let's maintain our personal address information now. To do this, we'll go to System, User Profile, User Data. We can also navigate to this screen any time using transaction code SU3. In our Address tab, we can edit personal details like name and language. The Work Center area has our role-based information, including our job function and the physical office location. Now we'll scroll down to the Communication area. We can see that the email address is grayed out and most users will never have access to change it. This is done so the security and audit trail stay intact and the email address will be updated by the SAP security administrator at your organization. Now, we'll add our mobile phone number. We'll…
