Modifying schedule views

- [Instructor] This video I want to share with you a few common techniques that you can use to modify existing schedules and the aim is to make them convey the information maybe in a clearer way, make the information that they're trying to convey a little bit more evident to the recipients. So we're going to look at things like sorting and grouping and things of that nature. So this exercise file actually opens up with two views. So you'll see here that I've got a floor plan and the schedule open. Now I just want to remind you that if the schedule view is active and you want to tile two views, you want to avoid using keyboard shortcuts because if you type a keyboard shortcut in a schedule view it's going to start trying to type the keyboard shortcut that you're typing into the schedule. It's going to think you're editing the schedule. So what I'm going to do instead is go over here to the view tab and click the tile views…
