Duplicate groups to create a floor layout

- [Instructor] Once you've created a group, it's a pretty easy matter to duplicate it a few times, and create, really, an entire floor plan layout. So what I'm going to do here is take my two bedroom unit, and make a few copies of it to create the entire floor plate for a condominium building here. So I'm going to zoom in just a touch here, and select this instance of the model group. So this is the two bedroom unit down here. And the way that I'm going to make my copies is using the mirror tool. Now Revit actually has two mirror tools. So if we look on the modified tab, there is mirror pick axis and mirror draw axis. Now we're going to do both of them, but I'm going to start with mirror pick axis, M + M is the shortcut. And the way this tool works is you simply select some element in the model that you want to use as the axis of reflection. And so for me, that's going to be this wall at the top of the plan here.
