Accessing a multi-user project using workshare

- [Instructor] Revit project files can be configured in one of two ways. They can be either single user files where only one user can access the file at a time, or you can set them up as a team project where multiple users can access and save changes to the file at the same time. Now, if you're working in a small firm on smaller projects then single use files could work just fine. But in larger projects or in larger project teams, single-use files will not be conducive to team collaboration. Therefore, in those cases, we're going to need to set up the files for multi-user access. Now, Revit's word for that is work sharing. So whenever you hear somebody talk about a Workshare enabled project or the worksharing concept in general, what they're talking about is simply team projects.
