- [Instructor] So let's turn our attention to operations. So keep in mind that operations is going to be the longest process that we're defining here as we're looking at our cloud requirements. So it's one thing to configure storage, it's one thing to configure CPU's, to pick a security layer, to pick a governance layer. It's another thing entirely, to keep something running for a long period of time. And for that, you need sound cloud apps, or cloud operations and the ability to understand the requirements to keep these going. So management is obviously going to be a core feature of cloud operations because we need to be able to fix things on the fly. In some instances, it can be self healing, in some instances, a human being is notified and we make the correction. We're taking things offline, online, we're basically doing abstraction work or the ability to hide a lot of the complexities of the back end operation from…
