Share files during a meeting
- If you are in the middle of a meeting in Teams and you want to share some files with people in that meeting, it's really not too different from sharing files anywhere else in Teams. And this is going to work if you have a scheduled meeting with lots of people and it also works in a one-on-one call. So I'm going to go over to the Calendar section here in Teams, and you can see, I have a meeting already on my calendar that is already in session, so I'm going to join that meeting. Make sure that my camera is working here and all my audio and video are all set up. There we go, so then I will join this meeting. And one of my coworkers, Garrick, is already in that meeting.
