Let's briefly talk about the project family, starting with Project Online Desktop Client, the most robust scheduling solution and what we're going to be using through this course. The scheduling engine calculates task relationships, it offers robust assignment and availability scenarios, it helps you manage costs, and provides the ability to capture snapshots of your plan with baselining. It may or may not be connected to other solutions in your organization for more enhanced capabilities. SharePoint Online is an organizational website to manage lists and documents, and this may replace network drives in organizations. This is a great complement to Project Online Desktop Client. It's a great way also to keep track of supplemental information.
