Collaborating on tasks may help you finish earlier than planned. On this plan, what I have set up is a consolidated resource called employees, and I have five people, which is why it says 500%. Let me navigate over to Gantt chart view and show you the tasks I'll be demonstrating with. Our organization is cleaning up trash on the side of the highway. It's a great community effort and our company sponsors are time doing that. Well, if you only had one person working on that task, of course, it would take the full 10 days. Let's see that happen, and one person is doing all 80 hours. With a consolidated resource, you can increase number of people, let's say we have two people on it, and Microsoft is smart enough to realize you're working together. It reduces the duration, saves you time. But what if you have two different resources that are named with unique names? How do you get project to show those as working together or collaborating?
