Assign resources to tasks to see how many hours and how much money it will take to deliver your plan. In this file, I have a list of resources, let me just reference that for you, as a reminder, resources are on the resource sheet that's where you enter them. I've also pre-populated max units and standard rate and you'll see how that impacts us. Let me go back to Gantt chart view and if we want to see calculations, you have to add in the working cost columns. And how you can do that is use the Add New Column and I'm going to type wo to quickly scroll through the list. You can also really right click on any column heading and add a column that way. Let's add cost. If these are not where you want them, you can move them. Just click and let go, then click and drag and put them where you want them. So let me rearrange.
