Add tasks to a Timeline view

Executives and leaders don't have to review your entire plan, they can see a summary of key items on a timeline. I'm actually working with a client right now, they have a $30 billion project and it reports right up to the CEO, and once a month they show the executive timeline, even though there are probably 5000 tasks in that plan, of course, the CEO doesn't want to see all of that. So let's actually build our timeline. Now, you could do this one at a time or you can do a more global option. One at a time it's a right click, it's probably the easiest, add to timeline and I can pick what I need, but if you really want to do a whole bunch at once, what I recommend is click somewhere in Timeline view. Notice the Ribbon is changing, I now have timeline format where all the great features related to timeline are located. This is the button so many people don't even know is there, existing tasks.
