- [Bill] Well, this was a lot of fun. We automated many different processes using Power Automate including an approval flow that collected responses from a form in Microsoft Forms. It sent an approval email to the designated approver and then once it was approved or rejected, sent an email to the responder to let them know what the status of their request was. We created a flow that moved email attachments that met specific conditions to SharePoint and we created one that sent weekly reminders to colleagues. We also used Power Automate to monitor Twitter for tweets about our organization. We made mobile flows that helped keep track of our work hours and one that sent push notifications to our mobile device when we got an email from a specific person.
