Explore the recipients in Exchange Online

When you use an email client application to send an email message, and you want to pick all your users from a list, you click on the To button and you expose the list of all recipients. This is also called a global address list or the GAL. The list of all recipients is generated from all the recipients that exist in your organization. So let's take a look at the type of recipients that we can have in an Exchange Online organization. So here if I am in my Exchange Admin Center and I click on "Recipients", I'm exposing the types of recipients that I can create. Some of those recipients can be created from the Exchange Admin Center, others need to be created from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, but they will all be represented here in Exchange.
