- [Instructor] Completing work successfully means finishing it in the allocated time. In this video, you're going to how to meet service level agreements, SLA's by seeking out those tasks assigned to you or to groups to which you belong. We've already looked for work on the basis of assignment group, the assigned to and the state of the task. But there's another task characteristic, SLA, that needs attention. For demonstration purposes, I've impersonated another user called called Reggie Topp and created an incident and allocated to the procurement group. So, we're logged in as Reggie, and we're going to look at two My Group work modules. The first is My Group's work immediately under the service desk separator. And this shows incidents needing attention that have been allocated to one of Reggie's group. It does show a priority field, but it doesn't give much information as to when the actions need to be taken in…
