Personalizing lists

- [Instructor] Lists have two dimensions, vertical, which rows are included, and horizontal, which columns are included. Now, we've already gone over how to select rows. And now we're going to address the horizontal dimension, the columns. And we'll personalize the list, of course, to highlight only the columns that you need. So we're going to take a look at all incidents and the list columns are determined by the view you choose. So here we're looking at the default list for the incident table. Of course, if we had gone to another view, the self-service view, the columns that are appearing are different. But we're going to return to the default view and that's the one we're going to start to personalize. While you do not have permissions to create a new view, you can customize the columns which appear in your version of a given view.
