- [Instructor] IT is all about successfully doing repetitive tasks with minimum effort, so we're going to go over how to build your list of Favorites. Like I said, many of the tasks that we fulfill in IT are repetitive, check these files, examine this form, search for these data in tables. Once you've accomplished a task a few times, it becomes rote. Favorites are a way of capturing your ServiceNow queries so you can repeat it with one click. So when you open the Favorites panel, in the Application Navigator, it shows all the Favorites that have been treated. Right now, there's only one that shows this home page dashboard, but we can create a Favorite that performs a function on a repetitive basis. So let's look for a list of incidents. And say, out of the list of incidents, I'm really only interested in looking at those that have a priority of critical. So this shows a list of all incidents that are open…
