- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to look at doors and windows and we'll continue here in our two bedroom apartment unit. So I want to start maybe in this closet here and add some doors to the closet and the toilet room next to it. So I'm going to come up here to the architecture tab and locate the door tool. You can click the button or the keyboard shortcut is D + R. Just remember, if you're using the keyboard shortcut, it's just type the letters D and then R. Do not press enter. Now, notice the message that appears on my cursor that says click on a wall. If that message disappears on screen, you will also see it down on the status bar on the lower left-hand corner of the screen. So it says, click on a wall to place the door. So that is why currently I'm getting this symbol that says I can't place the door. So if you move near a wall, and it doesn't matter which one, notice that the door will begin to appear.…
