Add labels to your course page
- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how to add text and media to our Moodle course page. This resource in Moodle was previously referred to as labels, and it allows you to add text, images, videos or other multimedia to sections of your course. This allows you to do things like break up a long list of items or just make a section more visually appealing. Let's take a look at how to do this. First, I'm going to go to the top right and make sure I have editing turned on. I'll toggle on edit mode, and next I'm going to scroll down to the section that I want to insert this activity or resource. In this case, it's Effective Meetings, so I'm going to click here on add an activity or resource. From the activity picker, I want to find text and media area, which is down here on the bottom left. I'm going to go ahead and click on that and it brings us to the page where we can begin creating it. Right here it says General and this…
