Share files with team members
- [Instructor] Teams can be created here in Microsoft 365 for any number of scenarios. You could be working on a committee. You could be working with your department. It could be a special event, like we did for our Kickoff Meeting here for our TechFest coming up. In any case, whatever the scenario may be, there could be documents that are related to the team and should be shared with the team. That's what we're going to explore in this movie. You can see here I'm looking at Teams, logged in as Stefan here. With Posts selected on the General channel, we can move over to Files. Clicking Files will show any files that are actually part of the team. Currently, of course, it's a brand new team. There isn't anything, but we can upload files by clicking the dropdown for Upload. We can choose Files, entire Folders or even Templates, but let's go with Files. This allows us to go browsing for the files we want to bring in to this folder online with our team.
