- [David] Because Microsoft 365 is Cloud-based, it's ideal for working with others online, perhaps sharing files or collaborating on a project. If that's the case for you, you'll want to be easy to find, and that means always having your profile up to date with as much information about you as possible. So in this movie, we'll explore updating your profile, having logged into our Microsoft 365 account. Now, whether it's your first time or your thousandth time logging in, you can always access your profile by going up to the top right corner where you'll see either a profile picture or if you haven't updated that yet, your initials. And this just comes from signing up for Microsoft 365. Certain information is added to your profile by default, including your initials. But click this and you'll see your name. You might see your organization's name if they've set it up for you. There's an email address likely and a link to your Microsoft 365 profile. Now, some of the information does come…
