- [Instructor] When working with team members in a team here in Microsoft 365, there may be times when you need to share information instantaneously or hold a private conversation immediately. These are things we're going to cover in this movie. As you can see, over here on the left hand side with Team selected and the General channel, which is the default channel, selected, we have the ability up here to add posts. Selecting Posts will allow us to create messages that will go out to all team members publicly. All you have to do is go down to the bottom and click Start a post. By doing this, you open up a window. You can see your own name here. This is Stefan who's going to add a subject, Vacation Leave, and you can add a message here that will go out to the entire team. Everyone on the team will be able to see it in their Post section. I will miss the next meeting as I'll be away on vacation. All we need to do now is click Post to post it to this public area.
