- [Instructor] Let's look at exam prep options, starting with traditional classroom training. It's ideal when your goal is to get the whole system in a room, where an important outcome is getting a group of people together on the same page to get it, the what and why of ITIL, as a collective. It helps ensure people start, continue, and finish together. And it's ideal for embedding company specific messaging like why you're here, how the training fits into the broader context of what we're trying to do, and what we expect you to know and do as a result of the training, and so on. Virtual instructor led training is live online synchronous training where the instructor can be remote from learners, or in a central location co-located with some learners with others joining remotely via web conferencing software.
