In the lower-right hand corner, you see a legend that shows what's new in ITIL V3 and what was carried over from prior versions. This legend is included to help you better understand and communicate how ITIL has evolved especially when discussing ITIL with people familiar only with prior versions and ITIL Foundation course covers the purpose, objectives, and scope of 21 out of 26 of these processes. Critical questions about ITIL processes include what can you do at the individual team or organizational level to get started at driving in a more focused way towards the outcomes of each process?
