Determine your why

- It may seem like common sense to identify why the information in your infographic should resonate with your target audience. But I kid you not, this step is often overlooked. You see, clients often get tunnel vision about their product or service. Most clients are already sold on why their product or service is the best in their eyes. It's because of this that they often have blinders on when considering what value proposition will appeal most to different target audiences. So they're going to need your support to provide an independent point of view. This is why you must first define who your target audience is before you define why the information you're presenting to them matters most.
