- [Instructor] One thing that can happen as you work with contacts here in HubSpot is you'll need to set up meetings with them. Meetings can be over the phone, video conferences, in person. And the good news is we can set up meetings directly from within HubSpot. We don't have to leave and go to another calendar. We can even link into other calendars, something we're going to explore in this movie. You can see I'm looking at my contacts. You can do the same, and just select any one of your contacts by clicking the name. In here, we see their card and we also see some buttons to do things like emailing and creating notes. There's call and, at the very end, meet. Here's where we go to schedule a meeting with the contact we're looking at. So clicking this opens up a window. And the first prompt is, "What are we meeting about?" How about information gathering. We'll type that in. By default there's one attendee, that'll be…
