- Yeah, if you're not using AI for your lead scoring, you're missing out on tons of value. You're missing out on tons of time that can be used and potentially other areas of your organization that could really be impacted by using AI. So lead scoring is essentially the act of providing a, like it says, a score to your leads based upon a few different things based upon, again, what leads are most likely to convert, what leads are most likely to stay and be really good clients, but also what leads are most likely to not buy, and what leads are most likely if they do convert to become a client, have a very high likelihood of churn. So when we talk about using AI to help your lead scoring, it's really game changing because of how much data that, number one, it can not only analyze, but what it can actually interpret from this, and it's the speed of this interpretation that's just extremely hard to mimic from a human aspect.
