I often think of Auto Layout as having my own smart assistant that takes care of manual tasks in my design workflow. Imagine this. You want to include more items in your list, and this can significantly influence your design layout. But with Auto Layout, you can make sure that your design elements are perfectly aligned according to each other without you having to spend countless hours manually adjusting them.
