that's a very clear explanation for me as a new beginner of sales manager. Hopefully you can share example for making sales target, KPI requirements or the sales team's strategy as part of the assessment for the sales team as well here. As I think as a new manager, we need to create a new strategy or goals for the whole team. That's the thing that I'm still figuring out recently. Thank you !
