- Okay, there was a lot to unpack here so I'm also going to approach this as if I was a solution consultant. It'll make it easier to prioritize the key information from this requirement. The first thing I would do is understand the users and the licensing. It's one of the most important aspects to get right at the beginning. So by starting with licensing, we can revisit our assumptions every time we consider new tools for the platform.
