- Okay, there was a lot to unpack here so I'm also going to approach this as if I was a solution consultant. It'll make it easier to prioritize the key information from this requirement. The first thing I would do is understand the users and the licensing. It's one of the most important aspects to get right at the beginning. So by starting with licensing, we can revisit our assumptions every time we consider new tools for the platform. I noted that the organization had a desire to add 360 users to the platform, 10 in business intelligence, 30 managers, and the remaining 320 across the rest of the organization. Now, it's also usual for organizations to grow, so adding some buffer or anticipating head count changes might be worthwhile.
