- If you want to be a great manager you absolutely need to become a great listener. Especially when you're speaking to your team members. But what exactly is a great listener? Most people think it's enough to be focused on the details of what's being said to them. That's a good start. But great listeners don't just let people know they're listening, they make them feel heard. In this lesson, I'm going to teach you the three things you need to do to be a great listener. Afterwards, you'll have the tools to make anyone you're speaking with feel heard. Download the attached exercise files and follow along.
